Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beaujolais Boutique B&B At Thea's House, and I found it to be a gem just a short stroll from the vibrant Banff town centre. The atmosphere was inviting from the moment I arrived, with a shared lounge area that encouraged relaxation and socializing. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast, prepared by a French chef who cleverly incorporated local ingredients. Each morning featured a delightful three-course experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meat empanadas—a unique twist that I hadn't encountered before. Plus, they thoughtfully provided doggy bags for leftovers, so I could savor the meal later. The room was spacious and filled with light, offering lovely mountain views. With a plethora of dining options nearby, including the charming Rose & Crown Pub, my culinary adventure continued well beyond breakfast. I would gladly return to this tranquil haven.
